Kevin Quinn has over 35 years of experience providing financial advisory services to federal, state and local governments, agencies and authorities and non-profit organizations. Over that period, Kevin has served as financial advisor or lead banker on over 200 different capital financing and planning engagements and over 800 transactions in 30 different states and the District of Columbia. His assignments have covered the full spectrum of infrastructure and facility types as well as a broad array of taxable and tax-exempt financing techniques.
Kevin is a graduate of the University of Maryland Business School (MBA), the University of Maryland Law School (JD) and Loyola College (BA), and is a Municipal Advisor Representative (MSRB Series 50). Kevin was the owner of Wye River Group prior to its acquisition by First Tryon Advisors in 2021.
