William Holman has a diverse background in public accounting, corporate finance, and internal control audit. He began his career at Cherry Bekaert as a Financial Statement Auditor, where he developed skills in financial statement audits, internal controls, and buy-side due diligence. William then joined Nation Ford Chemical as Controller, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, and internal process improvements. William founded Assure Professional and Synapse, growing a multinational CPA and audit software business that was sold in 2022.

 

William is a Certified Public Account and a earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee.
