Sydney Schneider joined First Tryon Advisors in August 2026. She previously spent two years in the Miami office of TRB Capital Markets, where she worked in public finance. Her work there included quantitative analysis, debt modeling, and client and credit research, along with preparing credentials books and proposals. She is an active member of Women in Public Finance and mentors at-risk high school girls through the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program.

 

Sydney graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
